DESCRIPTION
On 12 April 1961, a Sturmanskie watch accompanied Yuri Gagarin on the first manned flight into space. To commemorate that momentous event, we now present the limited edition Gagarin Heritage collection – a range of watches worthy of the great hero. An all-black watch with red stitching on the strap, and luminous numbers and hands. The black titanium case is vacuum-plated, a process that makes it particularly durable. The dial is protected by a spherical mineral crystal. The watch is powered by a mechanical Poljot 2609 movement with shock protection and automatic winding. It can last for 38 hours when fully wound. An engraved image of the first cosmonaut on the back is a special feature of this model and shows it is part of the Gagarin Heritage collection.
